What people ask about eco-friendly cleaning
Are your cleaning products safe around children and pets?
Yes. Everything we carry as standard is biodegradable, phosphate-free and low-odour, so surfaces are safe to use again as soon as they are dry. Tell us about allergies or sensitivities when you book and we will note them on the job.
Do eco-friendly products clean as well as harsh chemicals?
For everyday cleaning, yes — most of the result comes from technique and microfibre, not from chemical strength. Where a job genuinely needs a stronger product, such as heavy mould or grease, we tell you first and use the mildest option that will do it.
What does eco-friendly cleaning actually change on the day?
Less water down the drain, colour-coded microfibre instead of disposable wipes, concentrates decanted on site rather than single-use bottles, and waste separated for recycling before the crew leaves.
Are your teams WHS compliant and insured?
Every crew works to Australian Workplace Health and Safety standards, and we maintain public liability and workers compensation cover on every job. Chemical handling and safe work practices are covered in induction before anyone attends a property.
Can I request fragrance-free cleaning?
Yes. Ask for fragrance-free when you book and we will use unscented products throughout. It is a common request in homes with asthma, newborns or chemical sensitivities.
Does eco-friendly cleaning cost more?
No. Green products and methods are our standard, not a premium add-on, so the quote you get is the same one you would get anywhere else on the site — concentrates and reusable cloths actually keep our costs down.
